As a first-time homebuyer I didn’t know what to expect with many things with our home buying experience. Our agent suggested we have a home inspection done and gave us three names. Even the initial call to Informed Home Inspections was simple as we were able to schedule an inspection time quickly and easily that met our needs. On the day of the inspection, we arrived to find Robert already up on the roof checking things out. The house seemed quite nice so we didn’t expect to see anything alarming. In the end there were a few things that were missing and not functioning properly. Robert also took the time to walk my wife and I through many components of the house and offer us advice on things to improve over time. The report was terrific and nicely detailed, allowing my attorney to organize a request for repairs to be made prior to closing. Overall, it was a great experience and my wife and I highly recommend Robert for our friends and their future homebuying needs. -
WOW! All I have to say is wow! Robert was extremely detailed and walked us through every nook and cranny of our home. Inspections are stressful as a home buyer and after the walk through with Informed Home Inspections, we felt completely confident that we were covered and that he really cared about insuring the entire house was checked.
I am a realtor and needed a home inspector at the last minute as our other one cancelled and Robert came to save the day – on short notice and on the weekend!! But that isn't the only reason for the high praise.
